Shipping Options

Shipping costs for orders from Herbs of Mexico depend upon the method and option you choose.  Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Most orders are shipped using USPS which usually take 3 – 5 business days to arrive or in many cases only 2 days.

We do offer International Shipping which will be sent via USPS at your own risk. We will not offer any refunds for lost packages. Additional shipping fees might also be required depending on your location. 

If you need to track your shipment, please refer to your Order Number on your order Receipt. Please call our office or send us e-mail with your request and we will respond with a status report as soon as possible.

Please note that all charges are stated in United States currency. All weights are stated in US measurements (1 US pound equals approximately 0.45 kg.)

Return Policy
       

Our goal at Herbs of Mexico is customer satisfaction.  We go to great lengths to make sure that everything that you purchase meets your expectation.  In the unlikely event that it does not, please return the unused or barely used product for store credit only no later than 21 days from date of purchase.  Credits are not accepted on items returned more than 21 days from the date of purchase.
